CELEBRATION


Tony's birthday this weekend was a good excuse for a rare night out with both of our terrific kids.


Brett was in Brisbane for his pre-wedding " Buck's Night " where he was meeting up with lots of old school friends whom he doesn't see much now that he lives in Sydney. 

Lovely that they all make the effort to keep in touch. Those old friendships are still strong with nearly 20 years since they left school.

Not long till the wedding now !

    I went to so many different schools and haven't a single remaining contact with any of my compatriots. Must be nice to have roots to the past!

      Apparently there were 20 of his old school mates there Tom and they had a great time reconnecting. We are looking forward to seeing them at the wedding...... All grown up !

    A fairy appears to be descending upon Tony's dessert while he isn't looking. How lovely that Brett and Sally came home to celebrate Dad's birthday. By the way, I think they have both got more of the look of Mama about them than Papa. Belated birthday greetings Tony! Cool shirt!

    Aw, sorry I didn't look in at Helsie's Happenings when I last blogged. Belated Happy Birthday to Tony. He looks good, as does his strawberry tart dessert. Glad you could have the kids there. When the wedding comes, please show us your outfit! And the food.
