At the moment I'm laid low with back trouble.
It's a real pain in the arse .
Literally!!
Don't know what was the cause but I hope it gets better soon.
I've got places to go and things to do !!
Cheers.

So sorry to hear of you back problem. It might make you laugh to know my internet security denied me access at first due to explicit language!! Hope you are soon back to normal and able to get on with things. Back pain is a real bummer (pardon the pun) isn't it?
ReplyDeleteHelsie, you have my sympathy! I have trouble with my back very rarely but when I do, I'm laid out until it gets better. I just lay on the couch and watch movies - lots of movies! It's easier than reading. Hope your back is better after a day's rest. Mine is usually some better by the next day.
ReplyDeleteI know what it's like, so I sympathise completely. Get well soon!
ReplyDeleteHope hope you get it sorted soon. There is nothing like back pain! Xxx
ReplyDeleteMy sympathies. It happens rarely to me but when it does, I feel so pathetic not being able to pull my shorts on or do my shoelaces up.
ReplyDeleteI hope your back improves NOW! Back pain is no fun.
ReplyDeleteAnne xx
Sorry to hear about your back trouble. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear it .. I know how it is. hang in there.
ReplyDeleteI have got sciatica at the moment and that also is a real pain.Literally.Hope it eases soon.
ReplyDeleteJust take it easy and let nature take it's course. A consult with your daughter may also be a good idea. Take advantage of that free advice.
ReplyDeleteHope you're up and about soon.
Ouch Helsie. Rest and inflammatories hope you are back on deck soon.
ReplyDeleteHope it disappears soon, in the mean time take it easy,
ReplyDeleteBack pain is such a waste of time, you can't even just enjoy laying around, often trying to sleep is painful too, so you can't catch up on that. Hope it goes away as quickly as it came.
ReplyDeleteHaving to do the housework and cooking while Helen is recovering is also a pain in the arse !
ReplyDeleteOh dear! I am very sorry to hear about your back trouble Helen. So many people seem to suffer from this. Does Tony wear a frilly little apron while he does the housework? When the back pain has gone - don't tell him so that you can get a few more days housework out of him.

ReplyDeleteThose suffering from low back pain, sciatica, injuries and deformities may benefit from spinal surgeries, but patients and individuals should realize that spine care surgeries always carry some risk. Always discuss these risks with your physician and chosen surgeon and make sure you understand both the risks and benefits and likely outcomes associated with any type of surgical procedure in regard to your particular case or expected outcomes.
