HELEN'S BOOK CLUB

I have just finished a great book called "This Charming Man" by Marian Keyes. She is an author that my cousin Elaine introduced me to and her style is very unusual - Her books are very funny in parts - the sort that make you laugh out loud- but often have a sad, serious side to them too. I will be looking for more by this author at the library when I return this one.

GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER ?

Good friends and old neighbours from Moggill, Necia and Bill are off next week for a 10 week holiday so Sandy and Marg joined us for a farewell dinner.

Have a great time.

We'll look forward to hearing about your adventures when you return.

OH TO BE IN ENGLAND NOW THAT APRIL'S THERE!

I wanted to see the daffodils and they proved to be as lovely as I had imagined.

Travelling around and living the life, staying in cottages in small villages made this a trip we will always remember.

 The beautiful countryside, ....

the history .........

........ and those white cliffs really are WHITE!
